Kristofor T. Henning

Kristofor T. Henning is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice and is a member of the firm's Class Action Working Group. Mr. Henning's practice encompasses a variety of commercial and civil litigation, with particular emphasis on class actions in both state and federal court, including consumer, product liability, deceptive trade practices, and RICO class actions. In the computer industry, Mr. Henning represents a large, California-based computer manufacturer in class action lawsuits across the country asserting warranty, deceptive trade practices, and other claims. He has also represented retail and pharmaceutical companies in consumer fraud and RICO class action lawsuits.

Mr. Henning additionally has handled ERISA cases, including class actions. He represented the former plan administrator of a large, regional health system in several class action lawsuits arising out of the plan sponsor's bankruptcy. Mr. Henning also represented a prominent health insurer in a breach of fiduciary duty class action arising from changes to its retiree health insurance plan.

Mr. Henning is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
