Torge Keck is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Business and Finance Practice. The lawyers in our Business and Finance Practice focus on mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances), finance and restructuring, securities (including public and private equity and debt offerings), and tax. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to investment banks to emerging market companies.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Keck interned at the Court of Appeal of New Zealand and clerked in a chambers for commercial matters at the District Court of Berlin, Germany. Before his clerkship, Mr. Keck was a research associate in an intellectual property boutique firm in Berlin, Germany.
Mr. Keck earned his LL.M., with a focus on intellectual property and information technology law, from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand in 2007. He passed his second state exam in Berlin in 2006 and his first state exam at Freie Universität Berlin in 2003. Mr. Keck is fluent in German and English.
