Allison Soilihi is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. The lawyers in our Business and Finance Practice focus on mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances), finance and restructuring, securities (including public and private equity and debt offerings), and tax. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to investment banks to emerging market companies.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Soilihi was an associate in the energy practice of another international law firm, resident in Paris. Before that, she practiced for a year and a half as a legal and tax advisor for a major oil and gas company in France and Egypt, where she contributed to the drafting of transfer pricing documentation, followed tax audits, and dealt with double taxation issues.
Ms. Soilihi earned her Certificat d'Aptitude à la Profession d'Avocat from Ecole de Formation du Barreau de Paris, France in 2011 and her Specialized Master, with honors, in international business law and management from ESSEC Business School, France in 2009. She earned her Postgraduate Law Degree, with honors, in tax law (Master 2 "Droit et Fiscalité de l'Entreprise") and a specialized university graduate degree in business law, taxation, and accountancy (Magistère de Droit des Affaires, Fiscalité et Comptabilité) from the Université d'Aix-en-Provence Law School, France in 2008. Ms. Soilihi is fluent in English, French, and Spanish.
