Robert J. Hollingshead is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Intellectual Property Practice. Mr. Hollingshead's practice concentrates on counseling, patent prosecution, and litigation in the electrical technologies.
Mr. Hollingshead is a former patent examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and senior electrical engineer with Stanford Telecommunications, Inc. His engineering experience includes technologies such as CDMA, digital switching, waveform coding and cellular telephony. Mr. Hollingshead also has experience in local and wide-area networking, satellite communications, digital logic design and liquid crystal flat panel displays.
Mr. Holingshead is admitted to practice in Maryland and the District of Columbia only, and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
