Ashley A. Krupski

Ashley A. Krupski is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. The lawyers in our Litigation Practice provide services in a wide range of areas including business and corporate disputes, corporate investigations and criminal defense, environmental, international arbitration, patent and trademark, securities, toxic tort, and product liability.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Krupski participated in the firm’s Public Interest Fellowship Program, where she worked for a national environmental nonprofit company. As a legal fellow, Ms. Krupski worked on a wide variety of environmental matters including compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act, California Environmental Quality Act and ESA Section 7. She also assisted with expert witness preparation, discovery, and dispositive motions.

Ms. Krupski earned her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2009. While in law school, she was an articles editor for the West-Northwest Journal of Environmental Law and Policy and a member of the Stetson International Environmental Moot Court competition team. Ms. Krupski earned her B.A. in rhetoric from the University of California, Berkeley in 2001.
