Bruce Johnston is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. He focuses his practice on a wide range of banking and finance transactions, including acquisition finance, leveraged finance, project finance, structured finance, trade finance, and asset finance; energy and infrastructure transactions throughout Europe, CIS/Russia, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East; and workouts and restructurings in many industries.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Bruce was global chairman of the bank and institutional finance practice at another international law firm and co-head of its European insolvency practice.

Bruce received his LLM from the University of Melbourne Law School in 1986, his LLB from Monash University Faculty of Law in 1982, and his BA from Monash University in 1980.

Bruce is admitted to practice in England and Wales as a Solicitor.
