Silvia A. LeBlanc is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Ms. LeBlanc represents employers in both complex and single-plaintiff discrimination and harassment cases (including gender, race, age and disability discrimination and harassment); administrative agency complaints filed with state and federal agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Pennsylvania Human Rights Commission; and employee benefits litigation.
Additionally, Ms. LeBlanc counsels employers in day-to-day labor and employment law matters, particularly disability and family and medical leave issues, harassment training, employee manuals and policies, and litigation avoidance.
Ms. LeBlanc earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2001, and her B.A., with honors, from Princeton University in 1997.
