Albert Lung

Of Counsel

Albert Lung is of counsel in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Mr. Lung's practice concentrates on corporate and securities laws. His practice focuses on a variety of corporate finance transactions, including initial public offerings, registered direct offerings, PIPEs, Rule 144A transactions, and convertible debt financing. Mr. Lung also counsels publicly listed companies, including technology, biotech, software, and life science companies on corporate governance, securities regulations, legal compliance, cross-border transactions, and general corporate matters. He has represented clients in venture financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and other commercial transactions for comanies in a variety of industries.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Lung was an associate at a leading business and finance law firm in New York, where his practice included capital market transactions, secured financing, and advising private equity funds on matters relating to securities and corporate law.

Mr. Lung earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Yeshiva University, Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2001, where he was the managing editor for the Cardozo Law Review and authored an article titled "Must-Carry Rules in the Transition to Digital Television: A Delicate Constitutional Balance." He earned his B.A., summa cum laude, in political science from New York University in 1998.
