Kimberly Cuff Hicks is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. The lawyers in our Litigation Practice provide services in a wide range of areas including business and corporate disputes, corporate investigations and criminal defense, environmental, international arbitration, patent and trademark, securities, toxic tort, and product liability.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Hicks participated in the firm's Public Interest Fellowship Program, where she served as a Special Assistant District Attorney for the Kings County District Attorney’s Office in Brooklyn, New York.

Ms. Hicks earned her J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center in 2009 where she served as the administrative editor for the American Criminal Law Review. She earned her B.A., magna cum laude, with honors, in international relations from Boston University, College of Arts and Sciences, in 2006.

Ms. Hicks is admitted to practice in New York and before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
