Kevin M. Grant is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Mr. Grant focuses his practice primarily on the representation of emerging growth companies, venture capital firms, private equity firms, and investment banks. He regularly assists clients with financings and mergers and acquisitions, in addition to entity formation, organization, and governance matters.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Grant was an associate in the mergers and acquisitions practice of a national law firm in Boston and New York City.

Mr. Grant received his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law in 2006 and his B.A., magna cum laude, from Amherst College in 2002.

Mr. Grant is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Massachusetts.
