Megan K. Bowen

Megan K. Bowen is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Intellectual Property Practice. Ms. Bowen's practice focuses on trademark and copyright matters, including trademark clearance and prosecution, trademark and copyright counseling, and enforcement. Ms. Bowen also assists clients with IP aspects of corporate transactions and IP transactional documentation, such as licenses and website agreements.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Bowen was an associate at a law firm in New York City.

Ms. Bowen received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2004, where she was an assistant editor for the American Criminal Law Review. While in law school, she worked at a trade association, focusing on copyright, music, and piracy issues. Ms. Bowen received her B.A. in English and psychology from the University of Virginia in 1997.

Ms. Bowen is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and New York and before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
