Meredith M. Armstrong is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Business and Finance Practice. The lawyers in our Business and Finance Practice focus on mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances), finance and restructuring, securities (including public and private equity and debt offerings), and tax. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to investment banks to emerging market companies.

Ms. Armstrong received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a certificate of study in business and public policy from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School in 2008. While in law school, she was a recipient of a Dean’s Merit Scholarship and a senior editor for the Journal of International Law. Ms. Armstrong earned her B.A., cum laude, in political science and Spanish from Wake Forest University in 2005.

Ms. Armstrong is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
