Anthony M. Fassano is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. The lawyers in our Litigation Practice provide services in a wide range of areas including business and corporate disputes, corporate investigations and criminal defense, environmental, international arbitration, patent and trademark, securities, toxic tort, and product liability.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Fassano worked as a staff attorney in the Legal Division of the Office of the Clerk for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Mr. Fassano earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Rutgers University School of Law, Camden in 2010, where he was a staff editor for the Rutgers Law Journal. While attending law school, he interned for Chief Justice Stuart Rabner of the New Jersey Supreme Court, and for the U.S. Attorney's Office for the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. He received his M.A. in English from Rutgers University, Camden in 2005, and his B.A., magna cum laude, in psychology from Rowan University in 2001.

Mr. Fassano is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
