Mary Elizabeth Rinaldi

Mary Elizabeth Rinaldi is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance and Tax Practices. Ms. Rinaldi primarily focuses on tax controversy and litigation, including the representation of clients in a variety of complex tax matters.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Rinaldi served as a law clerk to Judge Laurence J. Whalen of the U.S. Tax Court. In addition, she was a trial attorney for the Internal Revenue Service Office of Chief Counsel. She earned her LL.M. in taxation from Boston University School of Law in 2001. She received her J.D. in 1998 from the University of Miami School of Law and her B.A. in international relations from Boston University in 1994.

Ms. Rinaldi is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, California, and Massachusetts and before the U.S. Tax Court.
