Christopher J. Mannion is an associate in the litigation practice and a member of the firm's Class Action Working Group. The lawyers in our Litigation Practice provide services in a wide range of areas including business and corporate disputes, corporate investigations and criminal defense, environmental, international arbitration, patent and trademark, securities, toxic tort, and product liability.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Mannion served as a law clerk to Judge Thomas N. O'Neill, Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Mannion earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law in 2009, where he served as a managing editor of the Villanova Law Review and was named to the Order of the Coif. He was also a member of Villanova's National Trial Advocacy Team, which won the 2008 Lone Star Classic, a national invitational trial advocacy tournament held in San Antonio, Texas. During law school, Mr. Mannion served internships in the chambers of Judge Thomas Ambro of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and at the U.S. Sentencing Commission in Washington, D.C.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Mannion served for one year in the Jesuit Volunteer Corps, where he was stationed at Verbum Dei High School in inner-city Los Angeles. Mr. Mannion earned his B.S. in biology and philosophy from the University of Scranton in 2005.

Mr. Mannion is admitted in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
