John J. Tomaszewski Jr. is of counsel in Morgan Lewis's Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice. Mr. Tomaszewski's practice focuses on all aspects of the firm's employee benefits practice, including qualified plans, nonqualified deferred compensation plans and arrangements, employment agreements, executive and equity compensation arrangements, and employee benefits issues in mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Tomaszewski earned his J.D. from St. John's University School of Law in 1999, where he was an editor for the St. John's Journal of Legal Commentary. He earned his B.S. in accounting from Lehigh University in 1994.
