Danielle E. Moseley is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Real Estate Practice. Our real estate attorneys represent a variety of real estate owners and stakeholders, including: national and international companies, real estate investment trusts (REITs), institutional lenders, private equity funds, and pension funds and advisers in connection with their ownership, use, and financing of real estate.

Ms. Moseley regularly assists clients with transactions involving corporate real estate, office leasing, and real property acquisitions and dispositions. She has represented clients from a variety of industries, including energy and utility companies.

Ms. Moseley's transactions include:

  • Representation of a media conglomerate in a $143 million disposition of 26 owned properties and 17 leased properties in six states.
  • Representation of one of the nation's largest banks in a variety of matters relating to its Real Estate Owned (REO) assets.
  • Representation of a national energy company in the acquisition of more than 30 refined petroleum products terminals - with total storage capacity exceeding 10 million barrels, and approximately 1,000 miles of refined petroleum products pipelines.
  • Representation of a major landlord in a variety of leasing and subleasing transactions within its Philadelphia office tower. 

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Moseley worked as a Morgan Lewis Public Interest Fellow at the City of Philadelphia Solicitor's Office, Economic Development and Investments Division.

Ms. Moseley earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law in 2009, where she was named to the Order of the Coif. While in law school, Ms. Moseley served as a managing editor of Villanova Law Review and as chair of the Villanova Law Honor Board. Ms. Moseley earned her B.S., magna cum laude, with honors, in business administration from the University of Delaware in 2004.

Ms. Moseley is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
