Erin Randolph-Williams is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice. Ms. Randolph-Williams's practice focuses on all aspects of the firm's employee benefits practice, including qualified pension and profit-sharing plans, cash or deferred arrangements, nonqualified deferred compensation plans, and executive and equity compensation arrangements.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Randolph-Williams was an associate in the employee benefits and executive compensation group at a large international law firm in New York.

Ms. Randolph-Williams received her J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2003, where she was a staff editor of NYU Annual Survey of American Law. She received her A.B., with honors, in sociology/anthropology and integrative studies from Guilford College in 1997.

Ms. Randolph-Williams is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New York.
