Wayne W. Song is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice, resident in the Los Angeles office. Mr. Song's practice focuses on project finance, corporate finance, project development, and mergers and acquisitions in the energy and infrastructure sectors. He has worked on numerous renewable energy project developments, acquisitions, and financings, including two recent financings selected by Project Finance magazine as "Deals of the Year." Mr. Song is recognized in Chambers USA: America’ Leading Lawyers for Business in the areas of "Projects" and "Energy: Transactional."

Mr. Song has a background in a wide range of energy and infrastructure project developments and has represented energy industry participants in the negotiation of commercial project contracts such as construction contracts, power purchase agreements, equipment supply contracts, and operations and maintenance agreements.

Mr. Song speaks at various conferences relating to project finance and energy project development.

Mr. Song is admitted to practice in California.
