Elise M. Gelinas is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. The lawyers in our Litigation Practice provide services in a wide range of areas including business and corporate disputes, corporate investigations and criminal defense, environmental, international arbitration, patent and trademark, securities, toxic tort, and product liability.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Gelinas was a law clerk at the Maryland Office of the Attorney General, Department of Human Resources. While in law school, she completed a legal internship for Chief Magistrate Judge Paul W. Grimm of the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.

Ms. Gelinas earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Maryland School of Law in 2010, where she was named to the Order of the Coif and received the William P. Cunningham Award for exceptional achievement and service, and also served as executive articles editor for the Maryland Law Review. She earned her B.A. in English from Washington and Lee University in 2006.

Ms. Gelinas is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and the District of Columbia.
