Chelsea C. Stine is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Ms. Stine has counseled a wide variety of clients, including pharmaceutical, medical device, manufacturing, and publishing companies, a transit organization, and a national restaurant chain. She has experience representing clients in commercial contract and indemnification disputes, intellectual property litigation, and white collar defense in both state and federal court, as well as in internal investigations.
Ms. Stine is a member of the Philadelphia office Pro Bono Committee and maintains an active pro bono practice, recently serving on a trial team that represented a plaintiff in a civil rights action brought in federal court in Pennsylvania.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Stine served as a law clerk for Judge L. Felipe Restrepo in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Ms. Stine earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia Law School in 2010, where she was on the editorial board of the Virginia Journal of Social Policy & the Law. While in law school, she received the Bracewell & Giuliani Oral Advocacy Award for outstanding first-year appellate brief writing and served as a Dillard Fellow in the legal research and writing program. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Stine worked for an international health care research and consulting firm. She received her A.B., cum laude, from Duke University in 2004, with high distinction in public policy studies.
Ms. Stine is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania.
