Brady L. Green is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice.  Mr. Green's nationwide practice focuses on product liability, toxic tort, environmental, corporate, and complex commercial and estate litigation. Mr. Green’s experience has included involvement in all aspects of federal and state court litigation. Mr. Green has handled the preparation and trial of a number of large product liability cases alleging personal injury and property damage from exposure to construction, blood derivative and other products. He acts as national coordinating counsel for several companies with respect to product liability litigation, and has counseled those companies on both litigation and non-litigation issues, including insurance, regulatory compliance, warranties and warnings. He has acted as counsel to defendants in serial litigation with respect to bankruptcy matters and strategy.

Mr. Green has also been involved in the defense and trial of environmental matters brought by both governmental and private plaintiffs involving soil and groundwater contamination. He has represented numerous clients in matters arising from state and federal environmental enforcement actions.

Mr. Green also represents the controlling owners and/or trustees of small and family-owned businesses, estates and trusts in litigation involving the operation and sale of the businesses and the administration of estates and trusts.

Mr. Green is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
