Lisa M. McLand is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Ms. McLand focuses her practice on general corporate matters and securities matters.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. McLand was an associate in the New York office of an international law firm.

Ms. McLand received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Tulane University Law School in 2003, where she was a notes and comments editor for the Tulane Law Review. She was the 2003 recipient of the George Dewey Nelson Memorial Award for highest common law GPA, and she was named to the Order of the Coif. Ms. McLand received her B.A. in government and politics from the University of Maryland in 2000.
