Elisa P. McEnroe is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Litigation Practice. Ms. McEnroe concentrates her practice in commercial litigation, focusing on breach of contract, indemnification, fraud, and trade secret litigation. She has represented large and small clients in various industries including medical devices, chemicals, pharmacy services, higher education, and retail. Ms. McEnroe's practice encompasses a broad range of litigation and alternative dispute resolution matters in both federal and state proceedings.
Ms. McEnroe is also a member of the firm's Philadelphia Pro Bono Committee and maintains an active pro bono practice.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. McEnroe served as a law clerk for Judge Anita B. Brody of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Ms. McEnroe received her J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 2007, where she was executive editor for the Harvard International Law Journal. She received her B.A., summa cum laude, in economics from the University of Pennsylvania in 2004.
Ms. McEnroe is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
