Jamie M. Kohen is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Ms. Kohen represents clients on a wide range of labor and employment matters, with a particular emphasis on class action litigation arising under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA). She also litigates wage and hour disputes, employment discrimination and harassment cases, Whistleblower disputes, and arbitrations; drafts personnel policies, contracts, and handbooks; and counsels clients regarding a variety of federal and state employment laws.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Kohen served as a law clerk to Judge William Alsup of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California in San Francisco from August 2002 to August 2003. Prior to that, she was an associate in the employment and labor group of a national law firm in San Francisco.
Ms. Kohen is an adjunct part-time faculty member of Villanova University in its Human Resources Development Program, where she teaches employment law.
Ms. Kohen is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and California.
