Monica L. Shaw is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. The lawyers in our Business and Finance Practice focus on mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances), finance and restructuring, securities (including public and private equity and debt offerings), and tax. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to investment banks to emerging market companies.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Shaw was a Fellow with the Fashion Law Institute.
Ms. Shaw earned her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2010, where she was associate editor for the Fordham International Law Journal and recipient of the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award. She received her B.A. in public health studies and a minor in business from Johns Hopkins University in 2005. Ms. Shaw is fluent in English and Mandarin.
