Kristen A. Laster is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Ms. Laster assists in the representation of clients involved in employment litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful discharge. She also assists employers in defense of Title VII, state discrimination law and wage and hour actions, and assists employers regarding compliance with various state and federal laws.
Ms. Laster earned her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2010 and her B.S. in business management from Grove City College in 2007.
