Thomas E. McFadden is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. The lawyers in our Business and Finance Practice focus on mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances), finance and restructuring, securities (including public and private equity and debt offerings), and tax. Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to investment banks to emerging market companies.

Mr. McFadden earned his J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2004. During law school, he served as an articles editor on the Columbia Environmental Law Journal and was awarded the title of Stone Scholar for academic excellence. Prior to law school, Mr. McFadden worked as a financial analyst in equity research at an international investment banking and securities firm in New York City. Mr. McFadden earned his B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania in 1997.

McFadden is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
