Thierry Dalmasso is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Mr. Dalmasso focuses on criminal financial law (corporations law and securities law), criminal economic law (antitrust and trade regulation laws), criminal environmental law (classified plants) and industrial risks law, criminal labor law and city planning law. In the past year, he has been involved in a number of high-profile matters including the Concorde crash case, the collapse of the Queen Mary scaffolding and the Paris Region government contracts case.

Mr. Dalmasso joined Morgan Lewis from a top-tier litigation and M&A firm in Paris, where he founded the white collar crime department. Mr. Dalmasso is well-recognized in the French legal market as a premier advocate and litigator. The Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners have ranked him at the highest levels, with Chambers describing him as "a leading specialist in the white collar crime field."

Mr. Dalmasso has also been ranked as one of the leading experts in white collar crime by the French equivalent of The American Lawyer, Décideurs Stratégie Finance et Droit. Décideurs notes that Mr. Dalmasso is recognized as one of the leading white collar crime practitioners, he is one of the few practitioners in Paris who focuses solely on high-profile white collar crime cases.

Mr. Dalmasso regularly participates in several conferences and has written two well known books titled "La responsabilité pénale des personnes morales" published by EFE, 1996 and "La délégation de pouvoirs" published by JOLY, 2000.

Mr. Dalmasso is admitted to practice in Paris.
