A. Klair Spiller is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Attorneys in this practice regularly advise clients on virtually every type of labor and employment issue, from international counseling to management relations and labor disputes. Attorneys include the former chair of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the American Bar Association and fellows in the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Spiller participated in the firm's Public Interest Fellowship Program, where she served as the special assistant to the City of Philadelphia's Managing Director and Deputy Mayor of Coordination and Administration.
Ms. Spiller earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2010, where she received the Blank Rome Alvin Ackerman Prize and the M.H. Goldstein Memorial Prize for receiving the highest grades in the field of labor law. She also served as an articles editor for the Journal of Constitutional Law. Ms. Spiller earned her B.A., cum laude, in philosophy, politics, and economics from the University of Pennsylvania in 2005.
