Lindsey T. Mills is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. The lawyers in our Litigation Practice provide services in a wide range of areas including business and corporate disputes, corporate investigations and criminal defense, environmental, international arbitration, patent and trademark, securities, toxic tort, and product liability.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Mills participated in the firm's Public Interest Fellowship Program working as a Special Assistant District Attorney in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. As a Special ADA, Ms. Mills worked in the Pre-Trials and Major Crimes Units, where she prosecuted bench and jury trials involving a wide range of crimes, including assault, theft, drug possession, and driving under the influence.
Ms. Mills received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Temple University, Beasley School of Law in 2009, where she was a staff member of the Temple Law Review and the author of "Applying RICO to Street Gang Thugs: Using the Commerce Element to Keep Some Crimes Out of Federal Reach" in the Review. Ms. Mills earned her B.S., magna cum laude, in international politics from Georgetown University in 2006.
Ms. Mills is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
