Felipe Alice is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. Mr. Alice focuses his practice on energy transactions and infrastructure projects covering energy and corporate issues and involving complex contracts, corporate restructuring and project finance.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Alice was a foreign legal advisor at an international law firm, where he focused on local and international energy and infrastructure projects.
Mr. Alice earned his LL.M. in international law from the University of Texas at Austin in 2004. He earned a specialization in international law 2001 and his LL.B. in 1999, both from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil.
Mr. Alice is admitted to practice in Texas, Brazil, and New York and in England and Wales as a Solicitor. He is not admitted in Texas. Portuguese is his first language, and he is fluent in English and Spanish.
