Jacqueline C. Gorbey is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. The lawyers in our Litigation Practice provide services in a wide range of areas including business and corporate disputes, corporate investigations and criminal defense, environmental, international arbitration, patent and trademark, securities, toxic tort, and product liability.
Ms. Gorbey earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from Villanova University School of Law in 2011, where she was named to the Order of the Coif and served as a managing editor for the Villanova Law Review. While in law school, Ms. Gorbey was a legal extern for General Counsel at the Barnes Foundation and participated in the school's Business Law and Entrepreneurship Externship Program. In addition, she served as a research assistant to Professor Anne Bowen Poulin, a teaching assistant for the legal writing course for first-year law students, and president of the Women's Law Caucus. Ms. Gorbey received her B.A., cum laude, in communication studies from West Chester University in 2006.
Ms. Gorbey is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
