Michael J. Wilson is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Mr. Wilson's background includes complex commercial and business litigation in federal and state courts. His practice encompasses a variety of substantive areas including the defense and prosecution of national class actions, business torts, real estate, lender liability, federal and state environmental laws, and employment and labor disputes. Mr. Wilson also represents plaintiffs and defendants in matters relating to employee benefits. He also represents policyholders in complex insurance coverage litigation and related matters.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis in 2003, Mr. Wilson was an associate with Zevnik Horton LLP. Prior to becoming associated with Zevnik Horton, Mr. Wilson served in the Office of general counsel of Mobil Corporation in Fairfax, Virginia and was an associate with another prestigious law firm in Washington, D.C. Mr. Wilson received his J.D. from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law and his B.A. from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

Mr. Wilson is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Maryland.
