Kristin H. Altoff is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Intellectual Property Practice. She has advised clients regarding enforcement matters and administrative and federal court litigation involving trademark and unfair competition matters. She counsels clients regarding management of their international trademark portfolios, including advising and assisting clients with the clearance, registration and maintenance of trademarks worldwide.

Kristin earned her JD, magna cum laude, from the American University, Washington College of Law in 2002, where she was an articles editor for The Administrative Law Review. She earned her BA, magna cum laude, in Russian and Eastern European Studies from Boston University in 1995.
