Dana M. Kolesar is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Intellectual Property Practice. Ms. Kolesar's practice includes preparation and prosecution of U.S. and foreign patents, patent due diligence, noninfringement and invalidity opinions, freedom to operate reviews, patent litigation matters, preparation and negotiation of technology agreements, and patent portfolio management in technology disciplines that include medical devices, specialty chemicals, pharmaceuticals, consumer products, water treatment systems, and nanotechnology.
Ms. Kolesar received her J.D. in 2004 from Villanova University School of Law and her B.Ch.E. from the University of Delaware in 2001.
