Christina Payne-Tsoupros is an associate in the Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice. Ms. Payne-Tsoupros provides advice and counseling to clients on all aspects of employee benefits and compensation, including compliance with ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Payne-Tsoupros served as a law clerk to Judge John A. Gibney, Jr., of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

Ms. Payne-Tsoupros received her J.D. from the College of William & Mary, Marshall-Wythe School of Law in 2010, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as the managing editor of the William and Mary Law Review. She received her M.Ed., with a focus on curriculum and instruction, from the University of Houston in 2006 and her B.A., with a double major in science and technology studies and women's studies, from Cornell University in 2002.

Ms. Payne-Tsoupros is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Virginia and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia.
