Robert R. Wennagel is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Attorneys in this practice offer clients proven knowledge and skills in dealing with virtually every type of labor and employment issue, from international counseling to management relations and labor disputes. Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Wennagel was in private practice representing both plaintiffs and defendants in complex business and securities litigation.
Mr. Wennagel received his J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law in 2005, where he was a participant in the Moot Court Honors Program and served as the internal vice president of the Moot Court Executive Board. While serving on the board, Mr. Wennagel helped found the UCLA 1L Moot Court Competition. During law school, he also served as an extern for Senior Judge Arthur L. Alarcón of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He received his B.A., cum laude, in economics and history from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2002.
