Marisa Fries Crasper

Marisa Fries Crasper is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice and a member of the firm's Private Investment Funds Practice. Ms. Crasper focuses her practice on the structuring, formation, and investment in domestic and international private investment funds, including hedge funds, funds of funds, and private equity funds. She prepares offering and private placement memoranda, private equity transfer agreements, and related fund formation documents and provides counsel to institutional investors with respect to their investments. Ms. Crasper also advises clients on regulatory and compliance issues.

Ms. Crasper received her J.D. from American University, Washington College of Law in 2007, where she was the managing editor for the Business Law Review. She received her B.A., magna cum laude, in political science from Tufts University in 2004, where she was a member of the National Political Science Honor Society.

Ms. Crasper is admitted to practice in New York and before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
