Andrew G. Sakallaris is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Mr. Sakallaris has experience in advising employers on a broad range of employment law topics, including state and federal wage, hour, and leave compliance; discipline and terminations; and employment policies and best practices.   

Mr. Sakallaris also has experience defending employers in state and federal courts and in arbitrations in cases involving alleged discrimination, wage and hour violations, ERISA violations, and employment contract disputes. He has also advised clients on responding to subpoenas and requests for information served by the Department of Labor and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Mr. Sakallaris earned his J.D., with honors, from the George Washington University Law School in 2007, where he was the senior articles editor of the Public Contract Law Journal. He earned his B.A., cum laude, in history and political science from the University of Delaware in 2004.

Mr. Sakallaris is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Virginia.
