Amy Pocino Kelly is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice. Ms. Kelly's practice focuses on all aspects of the firm’s employee benefits practice, including qualified pension and profit-sharing plans, cash or deferred arrangements, nonqualified deferred compensation plans, executive and equity compensation arrangements as well as welfare benefit plans. Ms. Kelly also works on multiemployer plans and plans sponsored by tax-exempt and governmental employers.

Ms. Kelly received her J.D. from Rutgers Univeristy School of Law (Camden) in 1999 and her B.A. from Boston University in 1996.

Ms. Kelly is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia.
