Heather E. Fuentes is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Antitrust Practice. Attorneys in this practice handle the most complex antitrust issues that affect clients in all industries and throughout the global economy. Our lawyers advise clients regarding mergers and other filings; obtain clearance from national and international competition authorities; defend clients in government, private investigations, or litigation; provide antitrust counseling and negotiate with competition agencies; and help ensure that clients’ business operations comply with—but are not unduly restrained by—applicable competition law requirements.

Ms. Fuentes earned her J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2007. While in law school, Ms. Fuentes served in the competitions division of the Moot Court Board and served as co-director of NYU Law Women and the High School Law Institute, a law education program for New York City high school students. She earned her B.A., cum laude, in communications from the State University of New York College at Geneseo in 1998.
