Carolyn O. Ward is of counsel in Morgan Lewis's Tax Practice. Her practice focuses primarily on representing tax-exempt organizations in a variety of matters, including exemption applications, audits, tax planning, unrelated business income tax issues, and charitable giving.
From 1998 until 2000, Ms. Ward served as a legislation counsel for the Joint Committee on Taxation, where she was responsible for advising members of the U.S. Congress and their staffs on matters involving tax-exempt organizations and charitable giving.
Ms. Ward is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia.
