Brian M. Hom is an associate in Morgan Lewis’s Litigation Practice. Mr. Hom focuses his practice in complex commercial litigation across a range of industries in federal and state courts. His background includes experience with business disputes involving breach of contract, securities fraud, unfair competition, products liability, intellectual property, and civil and criminal governmental investigations. He has also assisted in representing clients before the California Courts of Appeal and the California Supreme Court.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Hom served as a law clerk to Judge William D. Keller of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and as a law clerk at-large to Judge Alicemarie H. Stotler of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
Mr. Hom earned his J.D. from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law in 2005, where he served as senior editor for the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal. He earned his B.S., magna cum laude, in public policy and management with a minor in communication law and media policy from the University of Southern California in 2002.
Mr. Hom is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Central, Northern, Southern, and Eastern Districts of California.
