Mr. Hill represents clients in multiple jurisdictions throughout the country and focuses his practice on defending employers at the administrative, trial, and appellate levels. Mr. Hill’s practice covers the full spectrum of employment and labor litigation, including lawsuits alleging race, national origin, age, disability, pregnancy, and religious discrimination, harassment, and retaliation in violation of federal law, state statutes, and local ordinances.
Mr. Hill has represented employers in whistleblower lawsuits, single-plaintiff lawsuits, class actions, wage and hour collective actions brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act, and complex multijurisdictional litigation, as well as in cases involving covenants not to compete, wrongful discharge, intentional infliction of emotional distress, unjust enrichment, breach of contract, and other employment-related torts. He also assists employers in responding to administrative complaints brought before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Florida Commission on Human Relations.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Hill worked as a prosecutor, where he tried a dozen cases to jury verdict and several more to verdict before judges.
Mr. Hill earned his J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law in 2006, where he was awarded the Miami Scholar Scholarship. While in law school, he worked as the supervisor of the law school writing center and as a teaching assistant for advanced criminal procedure.
