Hillary B. Weinstein is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. The lawyers in our Litigation Practice provide services in a wide range of areas including business and corporate disputes, corporate investigations and criminal defense, environmental, international arbitration, patent and trademark, securities, toxic tort, and product liability.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Weinstein worked for a year as a Philadelphia Bar Association public interest fellow with the Federal Community Defenders, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Capital Habeas Unit, helping represent death-sentenced prisoners in postconviction proceedings in Pennsylvania and outside jurisdictions.

Ms. Weinstein received her J.D. from Boston College Law School in 2008. While in law school, she spent a semester working as an intern for the prosecution at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia. In her third year, Ms. Weinstein was a member of the Criminal Procedure Moot Court team. She received her B.A., cum laude, from Duke University in 2000.

Ms. Weinstein is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
