Alexander Tacer

Associate

Alexander Tacer is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Practice. The lawyers in our Business and Finance Practice focus on mergers and acquisitions (including joint ventures, spin-offs, and strategic alliances), outsourcing and technology transactions as well as finance and restructuring, securities (including public and private equity and debt offerings). Clients range from Fortune 500 companies to investment banks to emerging market companies.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Dr. Tacer interned at the German Embassy in Santiago, Chile; the German Embassy in Bangkok, Thailand; and clerked in a chamber of commercial matters at the District Court of Frankfurt, Germany. He also participated in a doctoral research trip at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Spain.

Dr. Tacer passed his second legal state exam in 2011 in Hessen. He earned his DR.JUR. from the University of Frankfurt in 2009. Dr. Tacer studied law at the Universities of of Mannheim, Alicante, and Frankfurt and passed his first legal state exam in 2005. He is fluent in German, English, and Spanish.

Dr. Tacer is admitted to practice in Germany.
