Joy Crutcher Harrison

Joy Crutcher Harrison is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Investment Management Practice. Ms. Harrison focuses her practice on the regulation of broker-dealers and investment advisers. Her practice also includes advising U.S. and foreign clients in developing their international and cross-border products and services.

Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Harrison was a litigation associate at a large law firm in Miami.

Ms. Harrison earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of law in 2009, where she was awarded the Center for Ethics and Public Service Fellowship Prize and the Innovative Service Award. While in law school, she was the researching and writing editor for the University of Miami Business Law Review, and was also a John B. Alfieri Fellow and a member of the Society of Bar & Gavel. Ms. Harrison earned her B.A., cum laude, in international relations and Spanish, with a minor in French, from Bucknell University in 2006.

Ms. Harrison is admitted to practice in Florida.
