Diane L. Lisowski is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Labor and Employment Practice. Ms. Lisowski represents and counsels employers in a broad range of labor and employment-related matters, including employment discrimination cases before federal and state courts and administrative agencies; negotiating and drafting employment, separation, and expatriate agreements; and drafting personnel policies and handbooks.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Ms. Lisowski counseled and advised companies on best practices and compliance with federal and state employment laws and developed content on various employment topics for on-line courses for Fortune 500 companies. She was formerly an associate at a large Philadelphia-based law firm, and also served as a law clerk to Judge Joseph Rodriguez of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Ms. Lisowski received her J.D., cum laude, from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in 1994, where she was a member of the Catholic University Law Review. She received her B.A., with a concentration in public policy and comparative area studies, from Duke University in 1990.
Ms. Lisowski is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
