Thomas M. Hogan is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice, one of the largest such practices in the country. Mr. Hogan's practice focuses on all aspects of the firm's employee benefits practice, including qualified pension and profit-sharing plans, cash or deferred arrangements, nonqualified deferred compensation plans, plan investments, fiduciary issues, employment agreements, and executive and equity compensation arrangements.
Prior to joining Morgan Lewis, Mr. Hogan worked as a consultant in a financial services compensation consulting firm.
Mr. Hogan earned his J.D. from St. John's University School of Law in 2006. While in law school, he served as executive articles editor for the St. John's Law Review, and his article "Uncertainty in the Employment Context: Which Types of Restrictive Covenants are Enforceable?" was published in 2006. Mr. Hogan also received the ABA/BNA Award for Excellence in the Study of Labor and Employment Law. He received his B.S. in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University in 1999.
